Please note once order is been placed , you can cancel and are entitled to get full refund within 48 hours, post that refund wont be possible.
You are entitled to get a replacement if the card you ordered is found faulty, damaged or does not meet the print quality , though replacement has to be claimed within 72 hours of the delivery.
You can claim your full refund / replacement by sending us mail us on : email@example.com or you can call us on our support number I.e +91-91042-73927 during business hours.
Generally claim processing time is 7 - 10 working days though it may depend from case to case ads.
Business card does not communicate with any device.
Business card shipped to you is Broken.
Print quality of the product is faded / is very poor.
Product design is not the one which you approved.
