Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Please note once order is been placed , you can cancel and are entitled to get full refund within 48 hours, post that refund wont be possible.
- You are entitled to get a replacement if the card you ordered is found faulty, damaged or does not meet the print quality , though replacement has to be claimed within 72 hours of the delivery.
- You can claim your full refund / replacement by sending us mail us on : [email protected] or you can call us on our support number I.e +91-91042-73927 during business hours.
- Generally claim processing time is 7 – 10 working days though it may depend from case to case ads.
What is Considered to Be Faulty According to The Terms Set by 1Tap Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Business card does not communicate with any device.
- Business card shipped to you is Broken.
- Print quality of the product is faded / is very poor.
- Product design is not the one which you approved.
- If Incorrect product is delivered to you.
