Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Please include a phone number with your order so that you may be easily contacted in the event that there is a problem with delivery.
- As we create our products custom as per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed. You will be able to track your shipment once shipment is done from our end.
- Standard 1TAP Cards are delivered within 8 – 10 days of confirmed purchase & approved design.
- Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date you are provided with is simply an estimate.
- On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we’ll have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays.
- We use a shipping partner for timely delivery and actual shipping charges will be added at the time of final purchases.
